Proyecto Diaz Coffee

In the early 1900’s the Diaz family began growing coffee in the hills of Oaxaca, Mexico. The farm is currently being run by Juan Leovigildo Diaz. Today the farm faces many issues that modern day small farmers struggle with along with needing some repairs and equipment upgrades. Fernando, the owner of Proyecto Diaz Coffee, decided to join the family tradition of coffee by creating a coffee roasting company that is focused on rebuilding small coffee farms by donating 10% of its profits, starting with his grandfather’s farm in Oaxaca.
